Junior Staff Schedule
The section exists to deal with matters pertaining to Junior Staff. Specifically, the section provides general assistance to the Deputy Registrar; prepare memoranda on junior staff matters for consideration by the Junior Staff Appointments and Promotions Committee; process applications for appointments and promotions of junior staff; process leave applications – annual, maternity, among others; compile annual increments and confidential reports; receive complaints of staff.
The section is also responsible for maintaining and updating staff personal records; assisting the Deputy Registrar to administer conditions of service of junior staff; investigating and processing workmen’s compensation claims and liaise with Metro Labour Office for computation.
The current schedule officer, Mrs. Janet Ampah, serves as Secretary to the Junior Staff Appointments and Promotions Committee and also performs any other duties that may be assigned by the Deputy Registrar.
