The College/Institute Registrar shall serve as the Registrar’s representative in the College/IDL, under the leadership of the Provost/Director. He shall be the head of the general administration of the College and perform the role of the Chief Administrative Officer of the College under the Provost/Director.
The Registrar's Offices currently has six (6) Deputy Registrars and one (1) Senior Assistant Registrar serving as College Registrars/Ag. College Registrar in the six (6) Colleges and the Institute of Distance Learning of the University.
In the discharge of their duties, the College Registrars are supported by Faculty Registrars who, under the leadership of the Dean, are the heads of the general administration of the Faculty. A Faculty Registrar is a Member/Secretary of the Faculty Board and other Committees within the Faculty, and without prejudice to the role of the Dean of the Faculty, reports to the College Registrar.
