You are welcome to the Registrar’s Offices website of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana; West Africa’s foremost institution for science and technology education.
This website has been developed with you, our guest, in mind. It is my hope that it will become an invaluable source of information about the Registrar’s Offices and its contribution to the growth and development of the University. The University has come a very long way, gradually increasing its student population to over 60,000 comprising undergraduate and postgraduate students from all over the world. It also has over 4,000 staff.
The Registrar’s Offices constitute the fulcrum around which the administration of the University revolves. The Offices provide the appropriate and timely support for policy implementation while keeping abreast with administrative trends to continuously provide a conducive environment for teaching, learning and research. The Offices are committed to finding innovative ways to support and enhance the academic enterprise to deliver on its strategic mandate.
As you surf our website, you will get to know the various Divisions namely: Academic Affairs, General Administration, Human Resources Development, Legal Services, Student Affairs and the University Relations. The Registrar’s Offices also provide administrative support to the six (6) colleges of the University, the Institute of Distance Learning, School of Graduate Studies, and other allied units.
