Born to the Lates Madam Mary Afua Owusua and Emmanuel Yaw Berko, Isaac Berko had his secondary education at Pope John and Presby Boys Secondary Schools. He proceeded to the University of Ghana and Ghana School of Law respectively. Had his national service with the Lands Title Registry in Kumasi and did his pupilage at George Sarpong Legal Service and Practised as a Lawyer with the said firm for about ten (10) years. He then joined KNUST in 2010 as an Assistant Registrar/Legal Officer.
Mr Berko holds LLB Degree from the University of Ghana, Barrister-at-Law Professional Certificate from the Ghana School of Law and currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Security and Justice Administration at the Institute of Distance Learning, KNUST.
Mr. Berko was appointed Acting Deputy Registrar, Legal Services Division in February 2020. On October 01, 2020, he was appointed as the substantive Deputy Registrar of the Division.
