Examinations
The Examinations Section of the Division implements University examination regulations and policies; coordinate and monitor students’ examinations; liaise with Affiliations Office on graduation and preparation of certificates of affiliate institutions; coordinate and liaise with the National Service Scheme on national service-related issues; verify academic documents (certificates/transcripts for graduates of KNUST and Affiliate institutions); liaise with College/Faculty Examinations Officers to provide logistics for examinations.
The section also prepares certificates; maintain register of graduates; coordinate and prepare graduands for Congregation.
Mr. Kofi Adu is the current schedule officer, and he serves as Secretary to the
- Examinations Audit Committee;
- Examinations Coordinating Committee; and
- Centralised Time Table Committee.
