Affiliations
The Affiliations Section coordinates and liaises between the University and its affiliate institutions; ensures that affiliate institutions conform to rules and regulations of KNUST; prepares memoranda on matters relating to affiliations for consideration by appropriate committees; implements decisions on affiliate institutions as approved by the Academic Board; facilitates appointment of moderators of programmes and Academic Board Representatives for affiliate institutions; facilitates the planning of official ceremonies, including congregation and matriculation ceremonies of affiliate institutions.
The section also facilitates the organisation of continuous professional programmes for staff of affiliate institutions; liaises with Moderators and Council/Academic Board Representatives assigned to Affiliate Institutions; processes applications for new and renewal of affiliation; provides logistics for Academic Board representatives and moderators of Affiliate Institutions to ensure effective moderation and supervision.

- Liaison Committee (Joint Committee of Affiliates and KNUST).
