Mr. Ebenezer Tettey Otieku had his Secondary education at the Yilo-Krobo Secondary/Commercial and New Juaben Secondary/Commercial Schools in the Eastern Region of Ghana for his O- Level and A-Level respectively. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Geography and Resources Development with Sociology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Ghana-Legon.
Prior to joining the University Mr. Otieku had worked with the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development as a Development Planning Officer at the District level between February, 1996 and September, 2002.
Mr. Otieku joined the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in October 2002 and has served the University in various capacities including : being Assistant Registrar at the then Faculty of Environmental and Development Studies (FEDS -2002-2004), Assistant Registrar Vice-Chancellor’s Office (2004-2008), Senior Assistant Registrar in charge of Admissions (2008-2015,) Acting Institute Registrar –Institute of Distance Learning (2016-February, 2019) and currently he is Registrar -College of Humanities and Social Sciences, the Largest College of the University (March, 2019-date).
Mr. Otieku has served on several Statutory and Ad-hoc Committees of the University
