College Registrar, College of Art and Built Environment
Josephine Kraah Djampim is the College Registrar of the College of Art and Built Environment of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
As an Administrator with considerable experience in institutional management, she has worked in many Units of the University which include the College of Engineering where she served as Ag. College Registrar (2008 - 2010); the KNUST School of Business where she served as School Secretary (2013 - 2014); and the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences where she served as Faculty Registrar (2014 - 2019).
She has also worked at the General Administration Section of the Registrar’s Offices (2005 – 2008) where she rendered commendable service as Secretary to statutory committees which include the Development Sub-Committee, University Safety Committee and the Transport Organization Management Committee. In addition, she worked at the Human Resource Development Section of the Registrar’s Offices (2001 – 2003) and served as Secretary of the Junior Staff Appointments and Promotions Committee. Furthermore, her immeasurable service on ad hoc committees of the University include: The Committee to Consider Modalities for the Conduct of Diploma Examinations for the Health Training Institutions; the Committee to Review Proposals for the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm D) Programme; and, the Committee for the Review of Proposals for Diploma in Midwifery, Community Health Nursing and General Nursing Sandwich Programmes.
Josephine Kraah Djampim began her education at the Roman Catholic Primary School in Akwatia then moved to Amanfrom Experimental School, Akwatia and then to G.C.D. International School also in Akwatia. She proceeded to Holy Child Secondary School in Cape Coast for her Ordinary and Advanced Level Certificates from where she proceeded to the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology in Kumasi to obtain her first and second degrees.
